Can you believe it’s February already?  I had some kind of double-take while flipping the calendar the other day.

Where did January go?  I know I was buried all month concentrating on keeping my New Year’s resolution.  It was tough.  No chocolate.  I know, a totally nut-so idea.  And, I’ve broken it already…but didn’t I have to before Valentine’s Day?  I stuck with it for a month and feel proud for that.

Now I’ve resolved to just take better care of myself.  Eat better.  Exercise more.  Drink more water.  You get the idea.  It’s a little more vague and easier to keep that way.  I need to be nice to my self-esteem, afterall.

In keeping with that theme, I have to tell you about this awesome contest that’s going on right now at Madison Avenue Salon and Day Spa.  The salon is going to give someone a complete makeover, head to toe ladies.

Right?  Who couldn’t use one of those, especially at the beginning of the year? A facial, massage, pedicure and manicure…and your hair also gets a little love.
