I usually delight in reading Target’s weekly ad on Sundays.  It’s like a little present I get every week.  Silly, I know.  But, I’m a little obsessed with that store.

This week caught me off guard a bit.  The cover was flooded with swimwear.  Really?  Already?  I know it’s been really nice the past few days, a little San Diego-ish feeling with the breeze and absolutely perfect temperatures.  But, swimsuits?

Swimsuits just mean I have to lengthen my to-do list by one, or two, items — schedule a wax and workout, more.  And, since I won’t ever look as good as Sports Illustrated beauty Bar Refaeli in a swimsuit, I’ll do my best on the “working out” portion of my list and let the professionals handle the “wax” part.

Lucky for me, Madison Avenue Salon and Day Spa is in step with Target’s introduction to spring.  They’re having a waxing extravaganza this week, through March 14.

Here’s the deal: Get a complete brow wax with any bikini or Brazilian wax.  Nice, right?  There’s also a discount on Tend Skin, an amazing product that helps with any skin irritation from waxing or shaving.

And, if I stick to my to-do list, maybe next year I’ll look as good as Bar.  Maybe.  Maybe not.
